Support for life’s most human moments.

Philosophy

A woman with long, wavy brown hair and brown eyes, wearing makeup, a white blazer over a black top, and pearl earrings, looking at the camera with a slight smile.

People are remarkably resilient. When life feels overwhelming, my clients are not people who need to be fixed. They are people who have adapted, survived, and done the best they could with the experiences that have shaped their lives.

My role is not to tell you who you should be or how you should live your life. It's to create a space where you can better understand yourself with curiosity instead of criticism and begin making choices that align with your values and the life you want to build.

Therapy is a collaborative process. You bring your experiences, strengths, values, and goals. I bring thoughtful questions, compassion, honest feedback, and evidence-based knowledge. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, develop practical skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Above all, I want every person who enters this therapeutic space to feel respected, understood, and accepted—not because they have everything figured out, but because they don't have to.
